  1. Move with him.  You break the law be prepared to accept the consequences.

  2. should have thought about that before having kids with an illegal, many women raise their children with only one parent or like everyone else has said, join him!!!

  3. It'll be hard but you'll make it. Would residing in his country be an option? Personally I'm speaking not economically. Some countries are quite lovely.

  4. As tough of a situation as that is, I see only three options.  First, you could move and join him, and your kids could return to the United States when they are older, if they want.  Second, if you are a citizen or legal resident, you could petition for a visa for him, but that could be hard if not impossible due to the deportation.  Third, if there is no hope of him ever getting a visa, I suppose he could try and sneak in again, but he'd risk jail time.  Also, if the deportation only includes a bar from re-entry of three, five, or ten years, re-entering before the bar expires would make him ineligible for any legal way to immigrate, ever.

  5. what do you look like and how old are you i can be their daddy

  6. Legally, the only thing you can do is to move to the country to which their father was deported and raise the children together.

  7. All you can do is send them to him, and join h im yourself; but if you want to stay in the USA, it is too late now

    You procreated with a criminal

You should have had higher standards

And you darn sure should have used birthcontrol

  8. Move to his country with him.  Take the kids.  This way you can be a family.

  9. Move with him, and fyi, it's "their", not "they"

  10. move with him.

  11. Like the many criminals who get imprisoned and deported, he should have never put himself in that position. He should have though about his kids. What a tool this guy is.
