  1. Thinking of the existence of God (Allah, as muslims call him) makes you feel full again. Buy the Quran if you can and read it, it really works, it makes you full and adds meaning to your life again. It really will.

  2. I used to have such feelings, and it's not impossible that I may come to have them again sometime or another.

I felt empty because I felt I haven't accomplished much. Or when I felt that summer was just slipping by and I was not doing anything memorable or interesting.

Find a way to fulfill your life. Do interesting things. Try to enjoy yourself.

  3. I have that feeling a lot. I just feel I can't get any sort of connection with people. I do spend a lot of time by myself. However I don't have a hopeless feeling. I know that somewhere out there there is someone who I can relate to and who can relate to me. Just don't give up

  4. I have been in a state of sadness that felt uncontrollable, but I really do believe that it can be controlled.  Your mind is powerful!

Either way, I suffered from clinical depression for a while due to crazy-idealistic thoughts.  I suppose I still have my moments of "sadness", but I try and use them as motivation to fulfill my idealistic needs (e.g. I'm upset about a friend suffering abuse; I find a way to advocate!).

Sadness is a horrible feeling, and if you're suffering from it, talk to someone!  Discussing feelings can help you understand yourself so much more.

    Hope I helped :)

  5. I moved and that is pretty much what it took after being on meds, different doses and different kinds that nevered worked.
