The feeling you get when surfing.. (plz plz answer)?

ok well i have got this story im writing about all the thing i love in life and one of them is of corse surfing. he said that we had to write kind of live a poet with lost of descriptive words. i am not very good a writing poems so i need u to tell me some descriptive words you would use to describe surfing and the and the way it make you feel.

the only way to know how surfing really feels is to just try it. i can tell u what u want to hear but it wont be the same as your ride. it might be similar but riding a wave is just apart of the whole magical experience. u should try it some time its better than s*x really.

Okay, let's start with the Question! You have to know how to write WHOLE words, and how to spell them to write a poem. Surfing is like flying over the waves. There is nothing else that presents the sheer joy of of being in motion, at high speeds, without the interference of machines. Surfing is the purest joining of human and sea in fluid and free motion. It is pure, unadulterated joy. The only tool, is a wafer of foam and fiberglass, that carries us across the face of the wave, like birds across the sky. It is pleasure shared only by our brethren the dolphins in the family of mammals. It is freedom, joy and 'oneness' with the ocean.

PS  I'm sure this is an English class assignment. If you have surfing in your soul, you can have it in your words. Learn how to write!!! Grammar and spelling do count. I wish you luck, with both your surfing and your studies.

I don't think you should be asking us how surfing makes YOU feel...if it is truly something you love in life, then describe how it makes YOU feel...who cares if it's the "right" words...feel the stoke and let it flow, girl!!

You should, however take the time to spell words out completely and correctly...remember poetry does not have to rhyme...I honeslty don't think your teacher wants a POEM, he/she just wants you to be descriptive...good luck and keep surfing!!

P.S.  Descriptive words can be as simple as colors...temperature...sounds...physical things like pain, joy, fear, etc.

it feels like kind off only u and ur wave exist. i know that sounds a little corny, but thats what it feels like for me. and it feels like you are defying the wildness of the ocean, almost controlling it. like you can control the water and use it for your happiness. also the freedom is amazing.
