  2. i was convicted of a felony-firearm, and felonious assault in 02. i served 2 years, and was released in 05. i cant get a job, vote, or get adequate assistance for living, eating, or transportation. this will be held over my head forever. this is detroit, mi where i'm from. i dont know bout your homestate, but mines sucks.

  3. The statute of limitations varies depending on the crime. Not knowing which felony you committed, it's hard to say. Call a lawyer and ask.

  7. Any felony conviction as an adult will follow you for life unless you are lucky enough to live in a state that will allow you to pay for it to be expunged after a long period of time.

  8. Unless you have received a Pardon. Yes.  Depending where you live if you record has been clean since you should be able to apply for a pardon by now.

  9. There are MANY felonies that aren't "drug-related"...  what's the statute of limitations on it?  what was it?  who is "they"?
