The financial gurantee is on my name ? will that be a problem in issuing me a student visa?its not on my dad's

its not on my dad;s name or my gov's name im paying my own studies.i got 30,000$ i dont have a family anyway

if you can prove financial support for your studies, i do not see a problem with the consulate services ....

the first thing you must do is to find a school or university that will accept you , show you grades from prior schools attended ,ask for a student visa from your country, proof of financial etc;

now ,you did not mention your country of origin? do you know where to address yourself? i will check back with your question......why would you want an attorney? if the consulate refuses you? not sure it will help, besides take your money?if you do not have any family? surely they will ask where the money came from? i would imagine so.
