i am a junior in high school and i need help with my hair makeup scent clothes

okay my hair is thick and curly with lots of layers collarbone length

and i have a pale complexion please help

If you have a pale complexion, dying your hair black will make you look WAY hot. My reasoning? Because the dark hair will complement your light skin tone. I mean, look at Vanessa Hudgens. She's, like, smokin' hot.

And there's this girl that goes to my school. You can tell she's quite the looker, but she's SERIOUSLY pale, right? And she's always wearing white, so the pale skin and the white clothing makes her look like a ghost.

Once, I was standing by the window at the school library, wondering when this horribly dreary day would end, and she just came up to me out of nowhere. I freaked so badly, I almost peed my pants. Yeah, but I'm pretty sure you're not freaky pale like that.

EDIT: I don't think you should get a tan. Your natural white complexion makes you look more feminine and mysterious. At least, that's my opinion.
