Unscrew the one you want to replace and take it to a hardware store with you.  If the valve is leaking you can buy a rebuild kit and do it yourself.  Get the people in the plumbing department to explain it to you.  You will want to be able to tell them the brand name of your equipment.  The name may be in the center of the k**b that you use to turn the water on and off.  Moen may be the name that you find.

50$ or so.Go to a home store like Lowes and pick one that you like and you can get some fantastic tips from the salemen at Lowes on  the procedure.Shut the water off at the meter first.Don't forget about the tools that you need to complete the job.Good luck.

You can get one for about $15  at lowes or home depo,  the spout is threaded inside and just screws on and off. The new one will come with instructins.  it is pretty easy and will take about 30 m or less.
