The flavors of some familiar food items have changed...?

is it me? has anyone else noticed anything different and unpleasant about:

coke classic: seems a bit more sweet and weak. also it doesn't have the lasting power it once did after opening it, no matter how well you store it and close the package.

nestle' crunch: the chocolate has a weird diety, plastic after taste, rather offensive. it just doesn't taste like the old nestle' crunch bars i remember.

i'm sure there's more brands that may have slighted, i know over the years recipes change for many reasons. i'm a bit let down though this time, coke seems weakened and the crunch bar is just not right so much so i don't want to buy any more. shame, it was my favorite chocolate bar in many essences.

any ideas? any other things people notice doesn't taste right lately? just wanted to ask.

yes i agree but if u get coke in a can it doesn't taste the same as if in a bottle cause the acids in the soda react with the metal in the can or the plastic of the bottle

Yeah store bought jam.

It just sits all ignorant like on a spoon, it used to drop slowly off and you could actually recognise the fruit contained.

Alas not any more, back to bottling for me.
