Electrical energy is used to power a lamp. The light used is (more/less/same) as the electrical energy used.

  1. Less. Light is heat energy and the electricity is electron motion energy. They are both forms of energy, though.


  2. Less.

    It cannot be more, because it's impossible to get more energy out of a system than you put in.

    It cannot be the same because that would imply that the light bulb is 100% efficient and that it converts all the electrical energy into light. It's nowhere near that efficient, much of the electrical energy is converted into heat for example.
