Hi, I have some food technology coursework to do and I am doing mine on 'ready to eat desserts' and there is a question which I have to answer which is: "How can you make your product look appealing- which finishing techniques are used" now when they say 'techniques' i was wondering if they mean like decoration E.G/ choc spinkles-icing sugar-cocoa powder- extra fruit etc... or like a way of doing it, so for instance using a blow torch, etc... if you know what I am talking about and which one it is asking for please can you give me some idea's of what I could put. Thankyou very much!

  1. Techniques in finishing means icing on the cake or sprinkles. Etc.


  2. try giving info on both if you can it will only go to increase your marks if you can give detail,,,,
