Hi, I have some food technology coursework to do and I am doing mine on 'ready to eat desserts' and there is a question which I have to answer which is: "How can you make your product look appealing- which finishing techniques are used" now when they say 'techniques' i was wondering if they mean like decoration E.G/ choc spinkles-icing sugar-cocoa powder- extra fruit etc... or like a way of doing it, so for instance using a blow torch, etc... if you know what I am talking about and which one it is asking for please can you give me some idea's of what I could put.
