  2. There are many islands (although some are little more than rocks) in Shetland.  But the 4 main islands are Mainland, Yell, Fetlar and Unst.   But if its 4 islands aside from the Mainland, then Whalsay might be the 4th that you are looking for

    Mainland (the big bit)

    Yell

    Unst

    Fetlar

    Muckle Roe

    Whalsay

    Bressay

    Hamnavoe

    ... and a load of diddly bits round the edge.
