The free ringtone website myxer is not working any more on my phone?

it use to work all the time now every time i send a ring tone to my phone it doesn't work and it says i have a palmone centro but i really have a sprint Rumor. What might be the problem?

i really do not know how myxer stop working. it is not working, i find another site, that works good on my sprint is ventones, is free, and safe.

it doesn't work for my sprint phone either. maybe they stopped working for sprint, i dont know, i switch over to Ventones
