  1. In South Wales it will make a differnce as its the only road in Wales which connects Wales and Cardiff with the rest of England London an Europe.

  2. foreign hgv companies don't pay 70% tax on fuel. Will it make a difference, probably not.

  3. We have some of the highest fuel prices in the world and we pay more tax on our fuel than almost evey other country in europe. When the fuel prices go up so does the government's profits on the taxes. We are taxed on on almost everything in the UK it is a disgrace and there should be a mass revolt against it!!

  4. Its got to make the government sit up and take notice ,our petrol and diesel prices are becoming a joke what else can they do ,even if the Tories get in they would just do the same .as for foreign companies they do OK they pay a lot less for diesel so there costs are lower .

  5. Much better way is to boycott the two major fuel suppliers ESSO and BP they then have storage problems and you still get your fuel from the smaller companies

I don't think the police will just sit back if the HGVs do make a convoy they will probably use the same bully tactics that they used on the miners

    LESS WE FORGET

  6. The hgvs on the m4 may not make a huge difference all by themselves, but the fact that it is being covered by every news broadcaster and is featured in every newspaper means that it is becoming something that the government can't ignore.

The more protests there are, the more media coverage there is and the more the government are forced into doing something to help us poor citizens.

MORE protests I say, until something is actually done!
