Here's the description from BoardGameGeek.com:

Each player wears a headband that holds a card so that everyone else, but not the wearer, can see the card - which has a picture of an animal, food, or some other item. On the player's turn, he or she asks the other players questions about the item on the card. These questions can be answered with a "yes," "no," or "maybe." A player can ask as many questions, and make as many guesses, as possible during a timed period.

When a player guesses their card, they discard one of their three scoring chips and draw a new card. The first player to lose all of his or her scoring chips wins the game.

Basic Object:  Discover what item is depicted on the card on your head by asking questions.

What's so fun about it:  Deduction, and perhaps silly questions/answers coming from you asking about something that you cannot see

Clear object: Deduce and discover what is on your card to get rid of chips.  Get rid of all chips first and win.
