Okay, so I was playing Sorry with my friends the other day, and we got into a debate over how you move with the 7.

He split it between 2 men, but he moved the first guy 4 spaces, slid on the slide thing, then more 2 more spaces, and slid again. then be moved the second man once.

now hes saying that you can do that...but I'm saying you cant.

anyone wanna help clear this up? haha

  1. No you can't do that.  I checked the official Sorry rules and basically, the second guy would have had to have used his third space to land on the slider if he wanted to use it.

    A slider can only be used if you land there on your last space.


  2. A seven allows the player to use the 7 for one token or split the 7 into two token moves of any combination of 7. In the example that you gave the player should have moved 4 and did a slide with the first token. He would have to move three spaces with the second token. (he could not move the first token a second time).

  3. nope he is totally wrong, if he wanted to slide, he would have had to stop after the first slide and not continue any further.
