The girl who lives below me never waters her plants, should I pour water over my balcony so hers don't die?

I'm not trying to be rude, but those things are drying up and they looked so pretty before. I want to try to save them. I don't think she realizes she has to water her outdoor plants.

yes. Just say you must have over watered yours if she says something. Nobody should kill plants!

They're her plants.  It's a shame she waster money buying them and then not watering them but they're hers to do with as she wants.

You might also cross some legal line (people sue at the "drop of a hat" today) and get yourself in trouble.

It depends if you get on alright with her. If so, I'm sure she'd be glad about it.

If you don't really know them well and their plants die through your 'kindness', who knows what might happen.

Then again, you could go for the 'oops!' story ...be a devil!
