The glands in my throat are swollen? its hard to swallow?

i know that im about to get sick what can i do to prevent it?

You probably can't. The glands are your tonsils I think.

If it's hard to swallow, go into your bathroom and turn on a strong light and look down your throat. If you can't ask someone to look into your throat for you. If there are white patches on the swollen glands, it may be a streptococcal infection.

Take care, because this may turn serious if you can't take in fluids at all.
