The greatest Pro wrestling match ever........and why?

ANY FEDERATION, ANY ERA....(OLD School matches are encouraged) this is not a vote for dream matches. I want matches that have already taken place...try to limit the wwe cause althought they've put on some great matches i dont need to read about a match that happened on smackdown a month ago.....seriously some wrestling fans can get stupid with their opinions.

1.Hart vs Hart at wrestlemania

2.Hart vs HBK in an Iron man match

3.Hart vs Austin in a submission match at Wrestlemania 13

4.Owen vs Shamrock in a Lions dan match at SSlam 1998

5.Shamrock vs Rock at the finals of KOTR 1998

6.Jericho vs HBK at Wrestlemania

7.Cena vs HBK at RAW in a 1 hr long match

Steamboat vs Flair, WrestleWar in 1989 for the NWA title.  It was an epic bout between two men with the most chemistry I've ever seen within a ring.  Terry Funk was a presiding judge over the match, and afterwards attacked Flair and hit him with what might have been the first piledriver through a table on US soil.  The match was over 30 minutes long, and one of the best matches I've ever seen.  It ended with an inside cradle of all things.

My number two goes to HBK vs Triple H, h**l in a Cell at Bad Blood '04, the best match the gimmick's ever had in my opinion, and it proved that the Cell can be bloody, brutal and vicious without having to even leave the cage, much less go up top.  It was the last epic battle Triple H and Shawn have had (to date) and it was nearly 50 minutes long.

Another favorite, and underrated one is Jerry Lynn vs RVD at Hardcore Heaven in '99.  It was one of their best outings, and that match was one of the first tastes I ever got of RVD, or ECW for that matter.  If anyone thinks Rob isn't talented, they need to see his work with Lynn.

Honorable Mention goes to the first War Games match and Chris Harris vs James Storm Texas Death Match in TNA

For the interest of the actual sport of wrestling itself, I would choose Chris Benoit vs Kurt Angle. I don't remember how many matches they had. But, it d**n sure was great to watch.

For the interest of hype and sensationalism, I would say The Rock vs Stone Cold Steve Austin. The acting, the back-stabbing and the sight gags made this one fun to watch, as well.

If your talking about proffesional wrestling then I have a few. The best pro-wrestling match that I've seen was probably Shawn Micheals vs Bret Hart at WrestleMania 12. And the triple threat match between Shawn Micheals vs Chris Benoit vs Triple H at WrestleMania 20. Oh and the Angle vs Benoit feud was filled with amazing pro-wrestling. I voted these because these match contained a lot of awesome pro wrestling move and submission.
