The guy at the bike shop said no one makes one bigger than a 4 XL is that true?

my friend can not find a motorcycle helmet that fits. can he have one made or can you buy bigger than a 4 xL LIKE A 6XL OR 8XL

I work for a dealership and you would have to either call  or write the manufactor and see if they amke them because there is not  enough of a demand for them to be made
