The guy in the office that is next to mine is ALWAYS shouting & swearing! should i yell at him? i can't work!

he works for another company. but the wall of my office is shared with the wall of his office.

he sounds like a really crazy man! he's always yelling really loud and swearing and arguing with people, banging things.. i can't work!! i always have to wait for him to shut up!

i knocked on his wall.. and he shut up for 5 minutes, then he just started snapping again!

I too agree with foggy and pexagon.  his employer needs to know.

tell your boss and ask what you should to of if your boss can do anything about it!

If you say something to him, then he may do it more just to make it worse, and then after that if you tell your boss, he'll try to label you as a tattle tail or whatever, and he'll know it was you who said something.

Just notify his boss and mention that you want to remain anonymous with it, but it's affecting your work.

His boss should be in on how he acts.

Send a message to his employer, tell them that his behavior is disrupting the work of other's in other companies.
