The hands of the clock are stuck!

Question

I have a Minicci watch that I absolutely love love love! It is made with large gold circles outlined with fake diamonds and I wore it everywhere. Unfortunately, it looks like the one handle is stuck under the other and now it no longer keeps time. Can you please advise how I can get this fixed? Can I return it to you for repair? I went back to the Payless store I bought it in but they no longer carry that style. Please advise asap. thanks so much![e-mail]
