The healthiest herb or holistic method?

I would really like to get as healthy as possible in the quickest amount of time. What herb or holistic method would you recommend? Especially one that doesn't have bad side effects. Perhaps something that cleanses/detoxes the body.

  2. lots of filtered water and raw garlic! sounds horrible doesn't it but water cleans out your kidneys of c**p and garlic has too many good effects to mention but it does help to loose weight and keep general good health. start the garlic slowly ( 1/2 clove/day) or your butt will know about it! It cleanses and detoxes.

  3. The best thing you could try would be a raw food diet- for two weeks, consume nothing but raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, fresh (not pasteurized) juices, and lots of filtered water.

    Raw fibrous vegetables pass through your system incredibly quickly, sweeping out the intestines as they go.  Hard vegetables like carrots, celery, and cauliflower scrub the intestinal walls on the way, making for the very best cleanse.

    Have avocados and raw nuts on hand- because raw produce leaves the system rapidly, you may experience cravings.  Fat satisfies these nicely.

  4. It really depends on what your problem is. There is no magic herb or process to make you totally full body healthy.

    Acupuncture can help balance all your body systems & give you more energy- they do "tonifying" treatments, as well as work on specific issues.

    Quicker isn't always better- some quick cleanses have nasty side effects (headaches, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue etc).
