When someone moves to a new climate, it often takes several years to acclimate.  If you think Cali's hot, don't visit the South (it ain't the heat, it's the humidity!).

Kidding aside, I have travelled and lived in several States including California.

During my two years in California, I was living in what is the hottest part of the State (apart from Death Valley), in the San Joaquin Valley.

California is a very large State and the local temperatures very greatly from one area to another, depending on local meteorological activity(local weather conditions).

If you are having a couple of days of 'warmer than normal' temperatures it simply means that you are having a few days of unusually warmer weather and has nothing to do with so-called 'Global Warming'.

I would be happy to take some of your excess heat if I could however, since I am still waiting for a few decent days of sunshine.

Where I live in CA the weather has been so cold that plants are blooming more than one month Later than normal.  

People survived the much greater heat in the 1930s - WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING!

Get outside and SWEAT A LITTLE = It's good for your health!
