  1. I think you are taking about the volcan Popocatépetl or the Iztaccíhuatl, but I'm not sure which is the highest. The highest peak in México is Pico de Orizaba (Orizaba's peak, also called Citláltepetl in nauhatl dialect  wich means "Stars mountains), in Veracruz state.
