The highlight setting on my camera (Nikon d80) won't come off!!!?

Every time I try and view the image 'highlight' comes up beneath it and the highlights in the image keep flashing:( What could I do to change it?

When you are in playback mode, press the up or down arrows on the 4-way controller to change the viewing modes.
