the hose,essential to the vacuum, came apart. I tried tape but to no avail. Purchased 6 weeks ago. can yousend me a replacement hose? It is a Durabrand Bagless Cannister Vacuum. your phone number on the box is disconnected. It is a 1200 watt motor and I'm assuming that VCH3301 is the model number. Thanking you in advance for any assistance.Sue Jackson
