There are two 5 stars in Sirmione that are good: Grand Hotel Terme [phone] and Villa Cortine Palace [phone]. Actually, I'm planning on spending the day in Sirmione tomorrow if the weather is good.

There are a lot of good 4 star hotels around the lake.
