Well, the people who post the ghetto versions of the movie don't always get a chance to put it out so quickly. You have to think about the fact they these people are sneaking video camera's into theaters, with risk of being caught, fined plus jail time. Sometimes you have to give it a few days to a week. I mean, it's a luxury to be able to sit at home and watch movies that are still in theater, be patient.
