i mean it dosent make sence our bodies are the most coplicated smart machines that could run on food but it cant work with your brain in order to survive?

i mean when you have been order to death by poisoning your blood cant your body tell the orgens not to accept that poison

Not quite. See, the internal mechanisms of the human body are run by a separate part of your brain than what you do your normal everyday thinking with, a part called the medulla. There are certain functions that are controlled by the medulla that you have a certain amount of control over- such as breathing- but for the most part, it's automatically done.
