... and if the human mind developed over time and we conquered certain evils.. oh I dont know... like EATING each other... and thus we decided what was right and wrong... then didn't the idea of sin evolve as well? And if Sin evolved, who really created it? Is evolution in the Bible right under our noses?

  1. The brain develops over a period of 9 months and several years.  The biggest part of a baby is its head.

  2. RRRRiiight, so what did man do, wander around brainless, how about eyes taking millions of years to develp, so man wandered around bumping into things.  Perhaps there would be more people if they had not kept bumping into T-Rex.  s*x organs took millions of hears to develop, so how did they procreate, Hmmmmmmmmm?

  3. No. First, we did not actually eat each other ever, only specific tribes did that. And, technically, there is no proof our brains developed, but if there was it is only an example of adaptation.

Oh and Law and Grace was right, too.

    Sin is in our conscience.

  4. as far as the brain becoming smaller, it may be the same phenomenon that we have with computers, electronics, software, as time goes on things become more eficiant and caste away what is no longer neaded.

In the bible one of God's day's is  compared to 1,000 years and at times uncountable.  If you look at the paterern of Genisis the 6 days of creation, is parralel the evolutionary darwin models.  Maybe it is the seventh day that God's creation is allowed to evolve of its own freewill.  TThe 10 camandments may be a blue print for us to truely evolve into a new heaven and earth becomeing One.

    just my short version.

  5. Yea..and why don't the animals know about all of this. They never seem to evolve. They just do the same thing every day. I wonder what will happen if we get a really smart buck and he teaches all of the other deer. Maybe they are evolving and they jump out in front of us on the road just kill us. naa..they wouldn't be like suicide bombers and comacozi pilots. Just a thought. Maybe animals don't have souls. I don't believe that though. I know a few animals and they aren't stupid. Some day you will know the answer. I don't think that you will find it until you leave your body though. Just another thought.

  6. What you describe is not the human mind developing over time but various thoughts and concepts.  By the way, people still kill, eat and hate each other.  We have not advanced as far as you like to think.  Look at Russia.

  7. i can move stuff with my mind

  8. Are you Trying to say that God Used Evolution as a means to "bring this all about ?

    That is called Theistic evolution

A variation on the theme of evolution is theistic evolution. It states that God initiated life on earth and allowed evolutionary principles to bring man to where he is--maybe with a little help from God here and there. At least this theory includes God. But this theory was developed in part by Bible believing people who thought that evolution had some merit. In addition, it is an attempt to answer the many problems existing not only in the fossil record but also with how life could somehow randomly form out of nothing. Because of problems like this, some believe they can be explained by simply adding God to the picture: God directed evolution.

For those who hold to the Bible as the word of God, theistic evolution should not be a viable option. The Bible says, "Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us..." (Psalm 100:3). The Scriptures state that God created. God said, "Let there be..." and there was. The Scriptures speak of the creative word of God. When God speaks; it occurs. He said "Let there be" and it was so. It does not say, "Let there be a slow development through an evolutionary process."

God said in Genesis 1:26, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." The Hebrew word for "make" in this verse and in verse 25 where God makes the beasts, is "asah." It means to do, work, make, produce. This is not simply the limited Hebrew understanding of evolutionary principles.

The land animals were made differently than man. The animals were made from the ground but man was made directly by God: "the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being" (Gen. 2:7). Evolution states that man evolved from life forms that developed in the ocean. Here, God made man from the dust of the ground--not the water of the ocean.

If evolution is true and the Bible is true then how is the formation of Eve explained? She was created out of one of Adam's ribs (Gen. 2:22). There is no way to explain this if theistic evolution is true; that is, unless you want to say that Eve wasn't made from Adam's side. Then, if you do that, you are doubting the very word of God.

Also, Jesus said in Mark 10:6 "But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.'" The beginning was not evolutionary slime; in the beginning of creation there was Adam and Eve.

Though this information is brief and far from complete, it should be obvious that theistic evolution and the Scriptures cannot be harmonized.

  9. If you check the data from when they began studying "Homo Erectus" you will find that the human skull size and brain have been getting smaller.

    Sounds more like de-evolving.

  10. o most defiantly . PROOF!  Every day we get smarter as human beings. I mean no one in their wildest dreams would think that we would have the things we have 2day.  Next thing you know the space age will be here.

  11. The modern human brain itself didn't change, what went in it has changed. Our scientific knowledge is evolving or advancing not our physical brain.

  12. Biological Evolution is my holy grail, not the bible fantasy, where everything was zapped into place 6000 years ago.

  13. yes!!!! YOU evolved from a baby to an adult.

  14. Nope, the Law of God is written on our hearts and in our conscience. We know what is right from wrong from God. You cannot tell me his Ten Commandments are not moral.

Anyways saying that defining sin is up to someones faith or belief is saying that a child rapist can say the raping is not a sin cause he believes it is not. Or the murderer, thief, liar, fornicator, adulterer, etc.

  15. EVOLUTION SAYS THAT ONE SPECIES CHANGED INTO ANOTHER  DIFFERENT SPECIES............................

    ...

    WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY STUPID

    ...

The brain develops as far as inteligence goes but doesnt change into another form

  16. Ding, ding, ding. And we have a winner. Seems obvious, doesn't it?

  17. no...cannibalism still exist today...just last year a German man ate another person...so your assumptions that just because we change our behavior is based on evolution is wrong...Christianity ended much cannibalism and human sacrifice when it was spread around the world...increase in knowledge doesn't mean our brains are evolving...it just means we are able to record more than before...humans still need to be taught in order to learn...

  18. yeah, i mean if you look back 100,000,000 years ago of course we did

  19. People still eat eachother in some parts of the world.

No the human brain has not evolved. God made us whole and complete.
