I checked the "on/off" swith to make sure it is on. The power cord was unplugged for a few minutes and then plugged back in to reset the entire refrigerator as suggested by the Kitchenaid tech support line. I even filled the ice trays with water to see if that would do anything but nothing. Any ideas? thanks.
