The images I save aren't showing up as images?

I just started using Google Chrome and saved a bunch of images, but I went to my Pictures and realized they aren't showing as images but as a page with a little window inside it (sorry can't describe it better) and they won't open. How can I get them??

I know what you mean. It's like a TEENSY rectangle. I think it's a safeguard to prevent people from taking the pictures. I just do a screen shot then copy & paste it to Paint....  save it as a Jpeg and go on from there.

save them as jpg or png's

Make sure you're saving them as a JPEG or PNG.

ya, as wat the other answerers said, u need to hv an extension name (to indicate the type of file u save) behind ur name of the image.Dun worry, even though u cant c it in thumbnails form, u still can open it n it's still there. Juz add the type of file bhind the name there like .gif, .png, ,.bmp, .jpeg( most common used). Try it out n c ;-)
