The inside of my ear hurts?

excuse my langauge but....i went to bed with an extremely sore throat, now i woke up at 12 am and the inside of my ear hurt so ******* bad , i CANN0T move my head AT ALL without it hurts, im 6'4 and 240 pounds and im being brought to tears this hirts so d**n badly someone please help????!!!!

You may have an infection as well , from what you are saying I would consult a physician and see if there is an infection in your throat . That's why throat is sore and it may spread out to your ear . Get it check professionally . Good luck and hope your pain goes away , have a nice day .
