The irs said the payments set for the 4th will be mailed out sat the 5th?

i called yeaterday just to ask when they were gonna send the stimulus payments since friday was a holiday and she told me they uped it to the 5th has any one got theirs yet?

I am currently waiting on mines also.. I was by the mailbox today, but LO and Behold, there was no check. I guess the mailer will be placing it in the mailbox SATURDAY.. I shall be standing by it bright and Early!!!

So will get it after another 3 or 4 days.

The rebate payment is equal the amount of tax liability on the return (tax liability on the return Form 1040 line 46 or Form 1040A line 28) with a minimum amount of $300 and a maximum amount of $600 for individuals.

Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed on 7/5, you may not get it until early in the week of 7/7.

Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week.
