The italian are white?

i have read about a magazine that the italian people isn't white like the other european...

this is truth?

Northern Italians tend to be fair haired and blonde to brown haired, as there is a lot of intermarriage when Austria ruled the area.  Many Italians in the middle of the country have heritage from Roman days, which might have some Greek in it.  South of Rome and including Sicily and Sardinia, thousands years of trade and conquest have introduced many ethnic groups including the Moors (black Muslims), so those people have black, Arab, Greek and other ancestors.  Thus, many have black hair and eyes, and darker skin.  Same for Greeks and Spanish, by the way.

There are 2 parts. You have the northern italians who are fairer in skin colour and some may possess blue eyes. The further south you go the darker their skin colour is.

We have to understand that Europeans, including the English, are not a 'pure' race. In fact, the idea of a 'pure' race such as the Aryans or Japanese is a myth and fiction. We are all a mixture of genes from white, brown, yellow, black, pink parents. Most Italians are descended from Roman, Greek, Persian, Celt, Jewish, Hittite, Phonecian, Arabic, Mongol, Carthaginian, etc., races. Our soooo English Boris Johnson's grandfather was Turkish! Is he white? Does it matter? "All men are brothers" (Water Margin) is one aphorism that has proved true.
