The jon & kate + eight show?

every time i watch the show kate always seems mad and rude to the kids,i know 8 is a lot of kids but she just has this attitude with them that i don't like and she is also very bossy with her husband i feel so bad for him. do you see this too? or is it only me?

Kate is rude especially to her husband - remember the episode when they are in Toys r Us and she is yelling at Jon.

When they got outside Jon told her that she embarrassed him.

I don't know how poor Jon does it - how can he stand to be married to her - she is so annoying.

i don't see that at all! i think they really love each other and it is an edited television show, highlighting the most insane parts of raising 8 kids!

Yeah, that is my major complaint with the show, she is so bossy. Do you see how the kids will hit one another in the head? They get it from her. Watch the interview part at the end of the show. Kate will hit Jon for something he says, and it is never a big deal what he says, just being real. He is always being corrected by her and if he says something that slightly indicates that their life is anything but magical, she hits him. She hit him in the back of the head where he had his transplant graft taken out and stitched. I like watching the kids how cute they are, and all the hard work she does with all the activities and planning. She keeps it all together but she really needs to see how badly she can treat her husband when she constantly tries to steal the spotlight and all her control issues.

I watch this show all the time. I don't see her as mean or rude to the kids but where her husband is concerned she really has a bad attitude. She really appears to be very bossy with him  and she doesn't seem to appreciate him at all.

I see it, but she's sloooowly improving.  A little. And the husband is stepping up slightly in the new episodes.
