The judges maintain the suspension of healthcare privatization

The judges kept paralyzing the privatization of six public hospitals. The Third Section of the Division of Administrative Litigation of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid has decided to maintain the injunction to suspend the so-called Madrid healthcare outsourcing, in response to an administrative appeal by the Community of Madrid and the successful tenderers against the order of September 11 April 2013.

Full room had agreed earlier this month to return to the Third and Eighth sections resources were intended to challenge the decision of 30 April 2013 of the Ministry of Health by which issued the call for tender services contract hospitals Infanta Sofia, Infanta Leonor, Infanta Cristina, Del Henares, from the east and the Tagus. The AFEM Medical Association had denounced the privatization of these health centers.

In the same vein, the judges who make up the Third Section of the Litigation Division also declared the suspension of the healthcare outsourcing, in two other contentious remedies, this time at the request of the medical association AMYTS.

The third section considers, in all cases, that given the circumstances and are presented in detail in the three resolutions, not accepted the request for injunction suspending damage might occur difficult or impossible to repair.
