Duh, next generation children and after them is the next generation and after a few more 'afters'.. the SUN would explode and no more world except Planet X which is after pluto. I blame BUSH for pollution.

Anyone who can bear all the responsibilities of the world. Someone who leads an ideal life. Someone who lives for others, someone who can feel other's pain someone who is free from his/her own problems. As you can see it is most unlikely to find such person. There may be more criterias for this but as laid, it is already extremely hard(let's think its not impossible)to find such person. So as it is, no one has the rightful inheritance.
