  1. I play tennis a lot! This happens to me a lot the one thing you have to remember on the court is you have to keep a positive attitude. Your opponet will just build off your negative attitude. If you play a tougher oponet all that means is you have to play your a game. Warm up before the match and practice lots of serves. Dont wwant to Double Fault! If you play a better player its fun. Just keep your head up.

  2. Hooooaaaa!!! You re just being PSYCHED OUT. Since YOU don't think he's good, then follow up with your self confidence. And the best confidence builder is for you to practice, practice and more practice until your strokes are perfect. Improve your power serves if you have any, if none then put more side spin on your serve. This could confuse your opponent. At age 62, I could not play the way I used to. I've lost power, agility and stamina, but I still win some local tournaments against much younger opponents just by sheer will power and by PSYCHING HIM OUT. Yup, I recognize my shortcomings and make the best out of it by using COURT SENSE. Good ball placements do the trick. But you must have lots of variations or tricks up your sleeves. Go go go, whack it out.......Oooops, I forgot to tell yell you, IT'S LONELY AT THE TOP. Just get it and don't stay there too long. Let other tennisters have a feel of Top Gun.
