  1. Is the question:

    A. Which forest covers all of this territory? or

    B. Multiple choice The Congo (choose one)

    ??????

If A nothing since that entire area isn't tropical rain forest.

If B then #2 would be the best description.

  2. 2) streches along part of the west coast and into the interior

    From Wikipedia:

Tropical African rain forests are tropical moist forests of semi-deciduous varieties distributed across nine West African countries -- Benin, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Togo.

  3. I think that not all of them are rain forests.

The areas in Africa that have equatorial rain forests are along parts of the west coast and into the interior (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Congo/Zaire river basin) while tropical rain forests are on the east coast (Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania).

The southern tip has a "Mediterranean" type of climate or grasslands, while the north-south central area is again grassland or semi-arid scrubland.

It would be more helpful if you are more specific because Africa is a large continent - name some countries or rivers as a point of reference - just trying to help you get more answers, thats all.
