Question:

The law of attraction?

Is the law of attraction mostly bull, or is it real? I'm speaking mostly of what I've gotten out of The Secret.

I guess people who don't believe there's anything more than the physical would find this to be nonsense.

Does anyone else think it's nonsense, or not nonsense? What's your story? Thanks.

  1. The Law of Attraction is like the Law of Gravity in that whether it is believed in or not it is still working.

I believe it because I apply it and get results. This is called consciously creating. Other people create by default and draw to them whatever happens to come as they do not focus and bring their thoughts and feelings into alignment with what they want.

Using LoA consciously is not necessarily easy and not for the lazy. One must surpass all doubt and fear in order to feel as if what they want has already happened. It must be felt purely. How many people are doing that? As I said it is not easy and it does take time, focus and effort. Along the way there is action, but it is inspired action, not forceful action against resistance to try and make something happen.

I have been consciously using LoA since 2001, which is years before the movie came out. The movie is good in that it provides a reference point.

Over the years I have discovered great tools and techniques to get me in alignment with my desires. It is a skill one must learn and as few of us have been taught how to really use our mind and focus, it is difficult for some to grasp that they are indeed creating their life experience either by default or by conscious choice.

Quantum physics supports LoA by the way. There are many amazing findings that suggest we are all creating our life experience, again some of us concsiously and some of us by default.
