The lawsuit is not from a reliable source. If you do any research on the guy who filed it, you will find out that he loves filing false lawsuits. He filed one against Bush and Cheney claiming that they ordered the September 11th attacks. Also, there are no reliable sources saying that Obama was born in Kenya. It's just hearsay.

It's a joke and a waste of the courts time.  There is ample evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii that Berg, the moron who filed the law suit, is choosing to ignore.

Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, which make him a native-born American and he was born in 1961; making him 47. Those are the only technical qualifications for the US Presidency. I am not voting for Obama, but he is qualified to run for the office.
