The leather of my watch stinks, probly due to sweat, how to get rid of that stinky smell pls help me?

pls help me out it is my favorite watch (factrack neon disc) any tips or wahtsoever pls send them please how to get rid of dat smell other than changing the belt. it should not affect the colour of the leather

Get a new leather watch straff, or try a metal watch.

All these answers are useless, this will end up again buying number of  leathers. The best solution is to take bath. Daily morning take a bath and then wear the watch. The sweat and the leather makes a bad smell.

The best way is to change your stripe from leather to metal.

The smell is due to growth o bacteria on leather. If possible sun try the strap as often as possible. Rub the inner part of the strap with a little of vineger and lime. You can also clean the strap with Listerin mouth wash. Once in a while apply some bactericide cream on leather. You an also use dettol or savelon for this purpose.

But again personal hygeine is of utmost importance. Don't allow the seat to accumulate on leather. One more thing you can do is to make some cotton band similar to your leather strap and of same colour and to wear it under the watch.It will be some thing like wrist band.

Leather is absorbent and when its gets damp it will smell. Spray it with a little Febreeze and let it dry out and air out a few days. That should do the trick.

If it still smells, probably time for a new band.

just buy a new watch band cause you will never get the smell out.. and usually by this time it looks already pretty grungy
