The leaves of my geraniums are more and more pale .Should I change the soil?Must I cut the faded flowers?

Are the plants getting enough sun?  Geraniums like sun, so make sure they are not in shade all day.  Do cut the faded flowers, as it will encourage more bloom.   Fertilize every week or so with a dilute solution (such as 1 tsp. Miracle Gro to a gallon of water).  You can water all your flowering plants with this.

Too much water can make the leaves pale.  If the flowers are done blooming, definitely cut them.  It'll make it have more blooms later.
