  1. Probably, if you have a diploma. The legal driving age for a car is 18, for motorcycles is 16 up to 50cc, 18 up to 125 cc and 21 for all motorcycles regardless of engine capacity..

  2. The legal driving age for cars is 18 years in Greece.

For renting a car however, you must be 21 (or 25 for high speed cars) almost all over Europe.

I just checked the website of "sixt", a global player in car renting.

They are one of the few rental companies who offer rents for small type cars to start at the age of 18 in Germany or Spain, for example.

In Greece however, they have an age limitation of 23 years, and offer small cars to be rented at an age of 21 years by paying a risk supplement (Young Drivers Surcharge).

So I think you will not have a chance to rent a car in Greece at an age of 19.

  3. of course you can rent a car as long as you have your driving license and you are a careful driver!as far as i know in America the legal driving age is up to 16...isn't it?and all the youngsters drive amazingly well!

  4. 18.

  5. It's 18!..

Although, they are discussing about allowing people to drive from their 16th year with an adult next to them
