I don't discredit Palin on account of her coming from a "dysfunctional" family, because to some extent, ALL families are "dysfunctional". However, I consider her daughter's pregnancy to be of interest, since Palin is an advocate of abstinence-only s*x ed. Studies have shown that abstinence-only s*x ed is ineffective, and I think that Palin's daughter is a case in point.

Palin started discredit herself right away by disrespectful speeches and outages lies and silly attacks. She obviously will go down very quickly.

Because Dems acknowledge that people are fallible.  The Repubs say they have God's word.  They are speaking for God and know exactly what is right and wrong.  When you make those kinds of statements you'd better follow through.  You can't have a knocked-up daughter when you say abstinence only is the way because God told you so. So much easier if you leave people alone and don't dictate from on high.
