The lights in my house are always getting deam and brighter do you know what could be wrong?

If your neighbors observe the same thing, it's the electric supply grid.  If not, have your house wiring checked.  It could indicate a serious problem with fire risk.

I know the lights at my house dim for a bit when the fridge kicks on. So it might be just that too much power is being used at one time. Make sure you turn off lights when you leave the room, even if you plan on coming back to it. You only save money by leaving it on if you come back in half a second. Also, try switching some of your appliances to lower settings. Good Luck!

It is probably faulty and/or very old wiring.

Or else you have a poltergeist.
