The lip of my rapala fishing lure came off were can i get a new lip?

I don't think you can, so it's time to buy a new one. I would keep the broken one and mount it with others in a shadow box, throw in a fishing pic or two, and then hang it in the den near other fishing gear.

In complete agreement with Smiley and Joe ~ best ta' just pick up another one. Replacin' a lip on a lure can throw off the proper action of the lure itself, no matter what adjustments are made to the eye of it. ;)... < ' ( (( > <

I've made my own lures before - it's much easier to go out and buy one and for onesy - twosy's it's probably much cheaper to do it too..
