The list?????????

Question

Ok so im sure some of you have heard about the terrorist list with all the names..

My name is on it, so when i go to fly i have to go and get my boarding pass at the counter once they see im only 15 (lol)

will this have any effect on me becoming commercial pilot like delta southwest ect...

im willing to bet you will have a problem becominga commercial pilot but your only 15 by the time you become that like 20 or so and you havent done anything to alarm them then i would assume that you would be off the list

The background check prior to working for an airline is more thorough than flagging everybody with a name that matches the no-fly or selectee list.  You won't have a problem... Assuming your background is clear other than sharing a name with a questionable character.

This happend to a pilot I knew. It was a pain sometimes but most of the time made no difference. Happens to alot of people with common names. I wouldn't worry about it.
