The main events at the 2011 Elimination Chamber – WWE feature
The most dangerous WWE’s pay-per-view event, “The 2011 Elimination Chamber” features the most exciting WWE and World Heavyweight Championship matches. The top WWE Superstars participation and commitment in the matches at the Elimination Chamber are a testament

Elimination Chamber is a professional wrestling event organised by the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) every year since February 27, 2000. It was formerly known as “No Way Out” in 2010. The name was changed to Elimination Chamber last year. The quality
of the event is that wrestlers from both the brands, WWE SmackDown and WWE Raw are liable to participate. Twelve wrestlers are chosen to come and face each other head-to-head in the Elimination Chamber this year for WWE and World Heavyweight Championships.
Six men are selected from WWE Raw and the other six are participating from WWE SmackDown.
The 2011 Elimination Chamber event was broadcasted live and exclusively on the pay-per-view on the February 20, 2011 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. All the events for the Elimination Chamber have been held in the indoor venues so far.
John Cena, CM Punk, John Morrison, R-Truth, Sheamus and Randy Orton were included from WWE Raw for the Number one contender for the WWE Championship while Kane, Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio and WWE Heavy Weight Champion Edge were
representing WWE SmackDown. All of these wrestlers had taken a huge risk as they had to climb into the evil creation of the World Wrestling Entertainment. They could have a brutal injury inside the Elimination Chamber and could possibly lose their career forever.
The Elimination Chamber for the World Championship took place first. The Big Show eliminated Corre member, Wade Barrett. The Big Show was eliminated by his former Tag Team partner Kane. The Big Red Monster eliminated Drew McIntyre as well. Afterwards, Edge
successfully retained his Championship after eliminating Kane and Rey Mysterio.
The main event of the segment was the Elimination Chamber match for the Number one contender of the WWE Championship. Punk and Orton, both were great rivals during that time and they filled the event with stunning moments. R-Truth was eliminated first by
Sheamus after eating a Brogue Kick. Punk eliminated his rival the Viper and John Morrison. Sheamus was eliminated by Morrison. Cena hit the Attitude Adjustment to Punk and was pinned for a three count. Cena was the winner of the main event and became the Number
one contender for the WWE Championship against The Miz.
Besides this, Jerry “The King” Lawler faced the Miz in the WWE title match. The Miz was reining WWE Champion in those days. Jerry Lawler had the chance there to prove himself as he had done in the past to overwhelm the Miz and make history. WWE Hall of Famer
Jerry “The King” Lawler was unable to win his match and the Miz successfully retained WWE Championship for his next target, John Cena. Daniel Bryan defeated Ted DiBiase for retaining the United States Championship while Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel defeated
Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov for winning the Tag Team titles. The Mexican Aristocrat, Alberto Del Rio defeated Kofi Kingston in a challenge match.
